Returns

  1. Eligibility

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened or used products.
    • Gift cards.
    • Sale items
    • Items purchased with promotional codes
    • Products that have been used or opened

  3. Return Process

    • Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  2. Refund Process

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
    • You will receive a notification email once the refund has been issued.

  3. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, contact us at 0333-4463343 or info@healthkit.pk.

Shipping

  1. Return Shipping Costs

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  2. Shipping Address

    • To return your product, follow the instructions provided by our customer service team upon approval of your return.
