We strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, please let us know. We have a 7-day return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please note that products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below:

Return & Refund Policy

Health Kit will gladly return or refund any product that is found to be damaged, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • The product must be sent back within 7 days of receipt.
  • Proof of purchase and receipt are required to process the refund.

How Do I Return a Product?

To return a damaged or faulty product, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear images of the damaged product.
  2. Email us at mailtoinfo@healthkit.pk with the details of your return request.
  3. Send the product back to us in its original, sealed packaging to the address we provide.

How Will I Be Refunded?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through the method you select.

Exchange Policy

Health Kit will exchange any product that was wrongly delivered instead of your actual order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • The product must be sent back within 7 days.

The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to return the incorrect product. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new product.

How Do I Exchange a Product?

To exchange a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at mailtoinfo@healthkit.pk with the details of your exchange request, including your order number.
  2. Provide details of the order you received.
  3. Send the product back to us in its original, sealed packaging to the address we provide.

Non-Returnable Products

Please note that products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Health Kit will not accept returns for products in the following situations:

  • The shipping box has been opened or damaged by the customer.
  • Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours. The ability to cancel your order depends on whether it has been dispatched. To cancel an order, call our HELPLINE at 0333-4463343 or WhatsApp us at the same number. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
